Moving from an existing system can be a stressful time for many clubs, with differing product layouts, problems of extracting data and matching up membership information. At intelligentgolf, we have built our business around successfully transferring existing handicapping information from the outgoing system, and have this now down to a finely refined process, that we handle for you - you are never left to wonder how the data matches up.
Our track record of conversions spans the vast majority of the other CONGU ISVs, including a strong track record of converting the data from DJB Software. In fact, a number of our customers have been converted across from DJB, including Hesketh Golf Club, Harborne Golf Club and Colne Valley Golf Club. With the support of DJB software moving across to Club Systems, we would take this opportunity to reassure any prospective customers that we have had all of our in-house conversion tools for a number of years now.
Our key difference is the level of support that we provide to the club. One day your handicaps are on one system, and then on the agreed cutover date all the information is migrated across to intelligentgolf. This critically includes hole by hole scores for every competition stored in your existing system, going back at least one calendar year (complete conversion is available on request).
This difference ensures that as soon as intelligentgolf is made available to your members, they have their scoring history on there, which means we can also migrate Order of Merit, Birdie Trees and a whole host of different competitions.
