Powerful, beautiful Mailing Lists
These emails are all being sent to you by our new mailing list functionality, which is available on all full intelligentgolf websites. Working alongside the normal group email functionality, the mailing lists are specifically designed to let you email non-members with your latest offers and other information.
Tee time visitors and guests can automatically populate the database, and we have tools to let us import any existing databases as well, storing key data to build customised groups.
Want to email everyone within a certain postcode from your database? No problem. You have control over the database to add, edit and delete the entries as well.
The emails themselves are built using HTML templates, but give you WYSIWYG editing of the information. Xmas themes, party invites are all possible. We will generate a template for each club, but additional charges may apply for multiple customisations.
Each email is individually emailed, to maximise delivery rates and remove any security issues. Queued and delivered in an orderly manner, this happens in the background from our servers rather than being flagged as spam by your email provider. Every user also have an easy to use unsubscribe link, which will remove them from the database without fuss to make sure no one gets mail they don't want any more.
When the emails then go out, there are beautiful graphs showing the success of each message, with metrics as to how many have been read, any that bounced due to an out of date or invalid address, anyone who chose to unsubscribe and also a summary of any links that the recipients clicked on from the email.
