More Control of your Tee Times
For any of our customers using our tee booking system, there are now a couple of new options we've added into the system. Our goal is to give you as much control as possible over who, how and when your members, visitors and 3rd party integrators can make bookings on your tee sheet.
Here are two new features to help with this.
Visitor Limits
You can now define specific limits for each day for the number of visitors you will accept. This also show on the planner at a glance how many visitors you have each day, and allows you to change the limit up or down as necessary. For clubs concerned about limiting the number of visitors without restricting the choice of available times this works very well.
Flexible Tee Time Rules
While you've always been able to tweak your availability based on daylight hours, we've now introducted some new logic so that you can specify a rule based on time before or after sunrise or sunset. This means you can create a rule to restrict visitors from booking earlier than sunset, and this rule will manage that availability for you automatically.
